It's simple. You choose your gadget, pay for it online, and we bring it in for you. Once you pay, you'll get a confirmation email with your order number and an estimated arrival time. We then keep you updated until it reaches you.
We work on a preorder basis, which means we source each gadget after you order. Paying upfront is what lets us keep prices fair and bring you quality gadgets without inflated costs. To protect you, every order comes with a confirmation, an order number, and updates at every stage, so you always know what's happening.
Most orders arrive within 3–5 working days. You'll get an estimated arrival time when you order, and we'll update you as your gadget moves closer to you.
Once you order, you'll receive an order number. You can check your order status anytime on our Track Order page using that number and the email you used at checkout. You'll also get email updates as your order progresses.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Because we source gadgets shortly after you order, we can only make changes before your gadget has been sourced or shipped — so reach out quickly and we'll do our best to help.
